I can't tell you the amount of times that I've got a look-book on email or I've been sent some sort of imagery, and then when I've actually met the designer or been at a festival, been at an event, and actually been able to see it in person - it really changes, it comes alive.

I do like to touch and feel, it also gives me an indication of quality, different fabrications which can't often be picked up on film. And also meeting the designers, being able to actually meet them in person, means that I can have a real gut instinct.
